This pistol, unfired , its total of 3 magazines (all marked "COLT"), and its box (numbered to the gun) all look like they just left the factory - which was 71 years ago.They don't get more MINT than this. .32 caliber, parkerized, marked "U.S. Property" , 3 & 3/4" barrel, COLT medalions on both walnut grips, patent dates April 20, 1897, and Dec. 22, 1903 , made in 1942. These were issued to Flag Staff Officers, OSS personal and others. Also included is the original Instruction Sheet. . This is a type IV.
Transfer must go through an FFL holder. C & R license is OK.
