Description:
Parker DHE 12ga, built in 1906 according to the factory letter.This gun has 30" Titanic Steel barrels choked full (.040") and full (.040").The bores measure .732" each and are bright and free of rust,dents,or pitting.The receiver retains traces of case color in protected areas.The barrels retain 95% of the original barrel blue.The barrels are on face and lock up tightly to the action.The gun letters with a gold grip cap which is inscribed "Wm.J.Snyder from Dad Winfield,Pa.". The gun also letters with a Silvers pad which has been replaced with a NoShoc pad.The engraving is sharp and well defined and the screws are all clean.The gun is built on a #2 frame and weighs 7-12.It is set up for trap or live pigeons with stock dimensions of 143/8" LOP,11/2" at comb,and 2" at heel.The stock has an expertly done repair near the action.I have pulled the stock and checked the repair.It is solid and will give many years of service.This would be a great Parker for vintager clays shoots or an all around hunting gun. C&R eligible.
