Extra nice early antique Smith & Wesson Safety Hammerless (New Departure) 38 S&W cal. 4" barrel. 3rd Model. Serial #112213 (mfg 1896) Matching numbers frame and cylinder. 90% + original S&W bright blue. Some areas of blue lost, scratches, a light frosting plus normal handling wear, rough spots on left trigger guard edge; never-the-less in very good condition for 120 year old revolver. Bore is bright and shiny.The gun seems to have never been fired (see recoil plate). Mechanically perfect, tight. The original hard rubber grips are perfect with sharp checkering; no chip or cracks. Strong case color on trigger. A good investment and a fine addition to a S & W collection. 3 day inspection. Buyer pays all shipping. $25 priority mail in the US. Please ask questions.
