Description:
L.C. Smith 3E 12 Gauge Side by Side
BEAVERTAIL, ENGLISH STOCK, SST, 70% CASE COLOR

General Specs: LC Smith, Year 1904, 12 Gauge, 7lbs 9oz, Side-by-Side
Serial Number: 202430

Here we have a very nice L.C. Smith Grade 3E with lots of nice options and condition.  Most Elsie enthusiasts recognize that the "pre-1913" guns were guns produced with more attention to detail and had a reputation of being the finest of the L.C. Smith guns.  This gun, sn202430 produced in 1904, is one of those guns.  The gun retains over 70% factory case color and is excellent mechanically with crisp trigger and well timed ejectors.  The gun has been nicely restocked with nicely figured American walnut with the L.C. Smith "SKEET STYLE" beavertail forend and English style buttstock featuring nice modern dimensions.  With the 26" barrels and straight stock it is a fast handling gun with very handsome looks...a gun you will be proud of at the clays course or in the field.  We are selling this gun for a customer and it is ready to shoot for the next owner at a very good price.  Thanks for looking.
