SOLD PENDING FUNDS: For Sale is a Colt 1911 Commercial pistol manufactured in 1917. It is in .45 ACP caliber with a 5" barrel.I rate it at 92% original condition with bluing loss on the grip straps, frame and slide with some handling marks. This is a very nice original 1911 and in good shape considering it is 99 years old. The bore is excellent and the mechanics are working perfectly. The grips are in excellent shape with the only noticeable wear on the right grip at the very bottom. This would make a great addition to any firearms collection.
