Description:
This is a Savage Fox Model B Series 20 GA Side by Side box lock non ejector double trigger Shotgun. The bores are bright show no internal damage. The barrells have been duracoated apparently due to some corrosion around the forearm. The case coloring on the receiver still remains but is faded due to handeling and light corrosion from carry. The walnut butt stock and forend show handeling wear from use in the form of light scuffs to the finish. The checkering on the forend and butt stock is the characteric pressed checkering of the model B series. The barrells are fitted with a ventilated rib with two beads. The bores are choked a tight improved and modified. The original butt stock has not been cut and the length of pull remains at 14 1/4" over the factory butt plate.
