This Winchester is one of the 2008 Limited Edition Featherweight Deluxe models that brought back the control-round feed system that the pre-64' Winchesters had. It also featured the first "MOA" adjustable triggers that Winchester designed to increase accuracy, and checkered Grade II walnut stocks not found on the newer Model 70 Featherweight standard models. I personally hunt with one of these rifles (in the .30-06 caliber) and I can say it is comfortable to hike with and deadly accurate. One 6X6 bulk elk and three Mule deer would all attest to that !
This rifle is in overall new condition, only having been test fired by the previous local owner. Bluing is excellent to new, as is the stock. Bore is clean as it was only test fired and re-oiled.
