Here is a Vostok MU-8 two barrel set (Trap/Skeet). The famous MU-8 was used USSR competitive shooters at the highest level of international competition. Yevgeni Petrov was the 1968 Olympic Gold Medalist using a Vostok MU-8. This hand made gun features an unusual bolting system that results in the gun never "shooting loose". Probably helpfull back in the day when 1 1/4 OZ loads were used for international shooting! This gun is in mint condition exhibiting no wear. Hand engraving. Weight of gun with the trap barrel is 7 LBS 12 5/8 OZ. The barrel sets have the following specifications.
Trap Barrels - 29 1/2"
Bottom Barrel - Bore of .731 - Choke of 40/1000 (Full)
Top Barrel - Bore of .732 - Choke of 45/1000 (Extra Full)
Skeet Barrels - 26 1/2" with Tula Chokes (more open than bore diameter for good patterning)
Bottom Barrel Bore - .732
Top Barrel Bore - .732
Both barrels sets are serial numbered to the gun.
