Description:
Nice condition, and original, untouched, 1883 Colt SAA revolver with neat old period holster and factory letter. This gun is an early 5 1/2" barrel, nickel finish, original wood gripped gun. RARE combination of finish, barrel length, and grip. The gun retains a good amount of original unpolished nickel finish, the grips have most of the original varnish remaining, all factory markings are clear and very nice, nice screws with some fading original blue still present, especially on the frame screws. Very good mechanics, very good to excellent bore with hardly any corrosion present. All serial #'s match. Hard to find a better one that has not been "monkeyed" with in some way or another! Please ask questions if desired. NO FFL required for shipping, UNLESS... the state you live in requires an FFL to receive an antique gun. $35.00 shipping, which includes the insurance to the lower 48 states.
