A very unique dog whistle/12 ga. shell extractor combination, most likely made in the 1880-1890 period. Most likely English made Cast german silver or nickel brass , the whistle and extractor fold into each other due to a finely crafted hinge. Original patina with a superb dog whistle.Beautiful high craftsmanship in construction with no cast lines visible and a perfect polished finish. Marked 12 ga with no makers mark.
