Description:

Colt New Service .45 Colt caliber revolver. North West Mounted Police marked NWMP and 558 on backstrap. Also marked MP on butt. Barrel marked .455 Eley and is also marked Cal 45 Colt. Gun is chambered for .45 Long Colt. The marking is very nicely done. Possibly some were converted by Colt for the RCMP? We don’t know. Gun has approximately 60-70% blue. Action works perfectly. Butt marking MP is correct for 1904 shipment. By serial number, gun was made in 1904.
