For sale, a very nice Hi Standard HD Military model .22 pistol with the original magazine. This HD Military is in great shape overall and appears to have been shot very little. The Hi Standard HD Military was a popular model, and has a reputation as a very reliable and accurate .22 automatic pistol. They were a prized possession when bought new just as they are today by collectors. The example we have for sale is a nice honest, original pistol. The original blue finish still looks bright and glossy. It has some high edge wear from being carried in a holster and some handling marks here and there. Please take a look at the pictures to see the overall condition of the factory blue finish and what I have described. The bore on this pistol is excellent. The rifling looks clean, sharp, and very strong. The original checkered walnut grips are also in great shape. As you can see in the pictures, the left grip panel has been notched out for most likely an extended safety lever that is no longer installed. It looks like a professional job, not just someone with a pocket knife chipping away. Everything works on this HD Military just like the day it left the factory. Everything is nice and tight with no slop in the action. The magazine is original to the gun and is the proper two tone magazine issued by Hi Standard with this model. Overall, this is a great looking Hi Standard HD Military that would be a great addition to any collection as both an investment and a shooter.
