UNUSUAL SPECIAL ORDER 1894 .32-40 EASTERN CARBINE (NO SADDLE RING) WITH SHOTGUN BUTT AND 2/3 MAGAZINE, MADE 1913, this is the most difficult caliber to find in a carbine, exc. deep reddish/brown walnut butt stock and forend, correct Winchester embossed hard rubber butt plate, thinning barrel and mag blue mixing gray, flaked receiver is mostly gray with excellent screws and nice blue on the loading gate, fitted with a Lyman receiver sight adjustable for windage and elevation, small carbine ivory bead front sight with slot filler/blank in the rear sight dovetail, tight wood too metal fit, slightly worn but exc. bore with no pitting.
