Description:
Up for sale today is a US H&R M1 Garand serial no. 5517688 chambered in caliber .30-06. This excellent M1 Garand has a barrel date of "SA 1-65," a mint bore, a muzzle wear reading of 1 and a throat erosion reading of 2. This rifle was rebuilt at Letterkenny Army Depot in June of 1965, as indicated on the leg of the receiver with the electro pencil marking "LEAD 6-65." A very fine shooter and a great addition to any collection.
