#6759081, Griffin & Howe 270 Winchester Built Around a Complete Remington Model 700 Barrel and Action, Sold by G&H in August 2013, 22" barrel without the Remington open sights but it remains drilled and tapped for the sight and ramp, Model 700 trigger and safety, Blackburn straddle hinged floorplate with a center bow release, Classic G&H stock with a ebony forend tip, Wrap around point pattern checkering, Steel grip cap, Shadowline cheekpiece, Sling eyes on the stock, Gold escutcheon with initials BRF, 14" LOP over a 3/4" pad, 7 lbs. 10 oz., Excellent piece of wood with very nice color & contrast, The original blue is 99.5%, The original stock finish at 99%, The checkering is 100%, The bore is new. I am not sure but I don't believe it has been shot since it left New York City and I can assure you it didn't go on a hunting trip. This gun has the invoice from G&H stating the make of the gun is in fact a G&H.
