.44 caliber, 8 inch barrel, strong bore with scattered oxidation, 70% blue fading to plum barrel and cylinder, frame and loading lever show traces of case coloring, very good 1 piece grips with light cartouches on both sides, brass is smooth aged yellow, 70% cylinder scene, excellent markings, excellent mechanically, some added color may have been applied, 1862.
