Description:
Winchester Model 62As are one of the most sought after pre-64 .22 Winchesters. Manufactured in 1958 this example remains in very good condition. The original factory blue finish rates 95% and it appears to have been used very little since new. It does have a few small surface rust spots that have been cleaned and oiled primarily on the tang and lower receiver due to poor storage. The bore is mint and the walnut stock is in excellent condition with no cracks or repairs, just a few small handling marks. This rifle is still nice enough to be considered collector grade but not too nice to shoot as long as properly cared for. This would be a great addition to any gun collection.
