Three famous names in American gunmaking collaborated to make this svelte custom rifle on a commercial FN action and the result is stunning. Not sure where to start! Larry Brace built the rifle (his name engraved on the slim 22" barrel) and Al Biesen stocked it with marbled English Walnut. The 24LPI wrap checkering is something to behold. The sling studs were inletted and a steel grip cap fitted The bolt was jeweled and altered to a two position swing type safety and a custom trigger installed. George Sherwood, who wrote the book on engraving, engraved the bolt handle, bottom metal and grip cap in highly detailed shaded scroll and stunning wild sheep game scenes and signed his work. The "S" detail and barrel are inlaid in gold. Leupold Vari X II 2-7 duplex included. LOP 13 1/8" through red rubber pad. In sum, 8 lbs of high gunmakers' art, all these artists are deceased, so this is a singular opportunity to acquire something very special.
