PRE-64 WINCHESTER MODEL 70 FW FEATHERWEIGHT .270WIN RIFLE WITH SCOPE, CIRCA 1955. Serial number "348XXX". 22" barrel with factory sights including hood. Mint bore and rifling. Original blue on barrel and receiver with only slight blue fading at muzzle, hood and bolt knob. Pre-64 type winged safety. Very tight lock-up. Factory wood with crisp checkering and original varnish. Correct alloy buttplate and floorplate with typical blue fading at edges symptomatical of alloy not holding color. Factory sling swivels. Very little handling wear. Redfield base and rings holding Nichols 3x9x40 Light scope like new.
