Colt, U.S. Artillery Model, Single Action Revolver, MFG 1885, .45 Colt, 5 1/2" bbl. Impressive gun with barrel and cylinder inspected by “R.A.C.”, the frame inspected by David F. Clark “D.F.C.”, and Ainsworth trigger guard. Action, bore, and rifling are very good. Case hardened frame with areas of color remaining. Markings are clear and very legible.
