Description:
24" slender tapered round Douglas Premium air-gauged barrel. Fully figured, oil-finished Bastogne walnut stock with schnabel forend, inletted and pedestalled Talley swivel bases, borderless fleur-de-lys checkering wrapping fully under the forend and over the wrist, twin concealed recoil crossbolts, skeleton pistol grip cap (checkered within) and thin black Decelerator recoil pad. Metalwork by Herman Waldron: DWM Mauser 1909 Argentine action with jeweled bolt and follower, 5-panel checkered bolt knob, Timney trigger, custom cocking piece with Model 70-type 3-position safety and hinged straddle floorplate with release inside triggerguard. Two separate interchangeable Swarovski scopes with duplex reticles on engraved Talley-type quick-detachable mounts: 6x36A and 4x32A. Action, scope rings, bottom metal, chamber area, and grip cap engraved by Dan Bratcher and with attacking eagle on floorplate inlaid in gold and platinum. Pull: 13 1/2". Weight: 8lbs, 2oz. Built 1991. Virtually new condition.
