Description:
This is a standard military "Tommy" helmet that retains 90% of its original olive drab paint and exhibits flaking and chipping along the edge of the brim and numerous small handling marks and scratches scattered across the crown. There is a flash of thin white paint on the crown as well as what looks like re-applied paint along the top. The interior is somewhat stiff but intact and the elastic chinstrap is still flexible and in fine condition with a visible but only partially legible name written in ink. This is a neat piece of World War II headgear and is in fine overall condition.
