Antique 18th Century Flintlock Coach Carbine
Not a Standard Issue Military Carbine
Here we present an antique 18th Century Flintlock Carbine. While the origin is unknown, this certainly was not standard issue in any of the American or European militaries of the time. Likely, this was a coach or mail gun, used to protect life and precious cargo against raids on lonely roads.
The gun is in wonderful condition and features hand-checkering of the stock and a very functional lock. This would make a great shooter if you are so inclined.
This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction.

Bore is in great condition. The firing mechanism is very functional.
