WW2 EARLY STYLE ARISAKA RIFLE TYPE 30 BAYONET & SCABBARD BY NAGOYA ARSENAL. Serial number on birdshead contoured pommel butt. Hooked quillon. Excellent condition wood grip panels(not wrap around) held by unturned screws and oval washers. Nagoya arsenal proof(hourglass) on ricasso or 20" fullered half sharpened(latter 10") 15 3/4" blade with original arsenal blue. Variation A type. Some surface rust to quillon and scabbard(w/ button drag) should clean to nil. Nice example with near mint blade. Old collection scotch taped to scabbard will come off easily.
