The trigger is smooth and fast, LET ME SAY IT AGAIN, one of the BEST triggers you will find - a relatively light (approx. 5.0 pound) crisp trigger, a short .4-inch trigger travel and .1-inch trigger reset). if you want to slow down a smidgen and make precise shots, a short reset is very advantageous.
