Description:
Nice clean English light double built on what appears to be a WR action judging from the internals, with modern stock dimensions. Walls are 30 thou each side. 28x2.5" bbls L 729 and R 730 choked IC and M, bores are clean and bright, damascus. Bbls have been blacked some time ago, game rib has twin brass beads. Sound wood, 14 1/4" LOP through pressed horn buttplate, 1.5" and 2" drops, moderate RH cast off. English grip. Action has strong finish, bottom plate has fine pitting, it and trigger bow have recent reblue. Addl $250 to rebrown bbls - not necessary but nice. Fine upland gun.
