FREE CC** AND SHIPPING* All most new Ruger Mini-14 with box numbered to gun. .223 cal., semi-automatic. Stainless steel 18 1/2" barrel. Adjustable rear sight and blade front sight. Synthetic stock with checkered pistol grip and forearm. Sling swivels. FIVE MAGAZINES: One 5 round factory mag, three (3) 20 round mags ( 1-factory in box and 2 new "USA"), two 30 round factory mags in boxes, Manufactured in 2001.
Purchaser will need to find a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), typically a sports/gun/pawn shop to receive the gun when shipped to them. They will do the required background check when the gun is transferred to the purchaser. That dealer will need to provide me with a copy of their FFL license including their phone number and buyer's name before the gun is shipped to them.
*NO SHIPPING CHARGE within the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska exact cost. USA only. Buyer is responsible for knowledge of legal possession in your city and state. All buyers should check with the FFL dealer where the gun will be shipped to be sure it is legal. Any shipped gun that is prohibited by law can be returned by the FFL for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charge.

***UNFIRED new and used guns are returnable within three days of receipt for a 15% restocking charge plus shipping. Taking actual possession of the gun from the dealer by filling out ATF Form 4473 signifies acceptance of the gun and no refund is available.
****Under no circumstance shall RM Firearms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages from use of the gun with respect to economic loss, injury, death, or property damage, whether as a result of negligence or criminal activities or otherwise.
