FREE CC* AND SSHIPPING** New in the box, never shot, Rossi Circuit Judge Tactical .45LC/410ga with revolving 3", 5 round cyclinder. SA/DA. 18.5" matte black finish barrel with fiber optic front sight and stationary rear sight site on gun. Black synthetic thumbhole stock with ammunition storage in the butt and checkered pistol grip and forearm. Hammer extention. Includes: two cylinder blocks (for use in shotgun mode where only 3 shells are permitted), internal lock, straight rifled choke with choke wrench, cleaning brush and optional fiber optic rear sight. New with box, scope mount base with Baraska Colorado 3-9x50mm scope without fogging. Rifle with scope compatable, foam lined, black synthetic zippered case.
Purchaser will need to find a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), typically a sports/gun/pawn shop to receive the gun when shipped to them. They will do the required background check when the gun is transferred to the purchaser. That dealer will need to provide me with a copy of their FFL license including their phone number and number either by email at rmfirearmsgmail or fax, 208-459-9259, before the gun is shipped to them.
*NO SHIPPING CHARGE within the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska exact cost. USA only. Buyer is responsible for knowledge of legal possession in your city and state. All buyers should check with their FFL dealer where the gun will be shipped to be sure it is legal. Any shipped gun that is prohibited by law can be returned by the FFL for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charge.

***UNFIRED new and used guns are returnable within three days of receipt for a 15% restocking charge plus shipping. Taking actual possession of the gun from the dealer by filling out ATF Form 4473 signifies acceptance of the gun and no refund is available.
****Under no circumstance shall RM Firearms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages from use of the gun with respect to economic loss, injury, death, or property damage, whether as a result of negligence or criminal actives or otherwise.
