Description:
Pennsylvania Kentucky Long rifle 45 cal Lancaster County. Full stock Curley maple with a functional sliding wood patchbox.The raised carving is tastefully done as a high end rifle of its day.The stock has no cracks or splits. Top barrel flat is signed: E. Zetler 1977 The 42" Swamped barrel:7/8" at the muzzle and 15/16" at breech makes for a wonderfully balanced rifle. Bore is excellent; the rifling is sharp and crisp. Overall length is 57 5/8" with 13 5/8" pull. The front sight is finely crafted with an ivory insert. Trigger pull is light and crisp.This rifle has taken several PA white tails. Have won allot of turkeys in local shoots. Getting old, just thinning out the collection!
