Rifled barrel built by Historical Ordnance Works, GA. Paulson Brothers #1 field carriage. All implements included. 2 trail handspikes, 3" worm, sponge bucket, prolonge, four strand hemp, as original, sponge and rammer, 2 canvas sponge covers, brass pendulum hausse sight, vent pick, vent punch, gimlet, 7' lanyard, friction primers, 3" ball mold, 1 parrot projectile, 1 hochkiss projectile, both 10 pounders and 3 manuals. Muzzle stamped PIC, Phoenix Iron Company. 817 lbs, inspectors initials and number 141. Cannon number 141 was one of 13 artillery pieces captured by the Third Division Cavalry, Brigadier-General George Armstrong Custer commanding, October 9, 1864, near Columbia Furnace, Shenandoah Valley. Number 141 was allowed to be stamped by the owners of the original gun, Paulson Brothers Ordnance. Cannon is in new condtion, purchased in 2011. 15 pounds of 1f powder and a refurbished four wheel trailer available. $22,500 invested, the most correct example I've found and extremely accurate.
