Description:
This is a hard to find Winchester Pre-war Model 70 in .220 Swift. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for scope mounts. The rifle comes with Smith scope mounts and Tally rings. The metal is in very good condition with some light scratches and minor thinning blue. The walnut stock is quite nice with some of the finish thinning and a few small dings and dents. This is a cloverleaf style receiver. All in all a very nice vintage Winchester. The sling mounts have been removed.
