Description:
Beretta AS 20 EL made 1951. This is serial number 9534 and is an over/under 20 GA gun with 26” long barrels with ejectors. The chambers remain at 2 ¾”. My Galazan brass choke gauge indicates modified and cylinder bore. The bores are very good bright and shinny no compromises. This is marked Abercrombie and Fitch as agents. The ribs are tight and the barrels have 95% of aging blue. The receiver is very nicely hand engraved and is in a coin finish. The screws are north and south and no evidence of ever being taken out. The wood has a LOP of 14 inches over a white line pad that is nice soft and usable. There are no structural compromises in the wood. The gun locks up tight and is on face. The gun rates very good as just a gun and excellent as a 65 year old gun that has never been messed with. Shipping is $25.00; I am an FFL dealer, no local pick-ups.
