Description:
This 16 gauge pump action Model 12 shotgun has a tapered round 26-3/4" blued steel barrel. On the left side of the barrel is stamped Trademark Nickelsteel Winchester Mod 12 16 Ga Full Reg in US Pat Off & FGN (stamp is partially obliterated). Stamped on the right side of the barrel is Made in USA Winchester Repeating Arms Co New Haven Conn Pat July 21 1896 Feb 22 June 14 1898 Sept 7 1909 May 17 24 31 June 7 14 28 July 5 12 1910 July 22 1913. The bore is in good conditon. The P grade Walnut pistol grip butt stock and forestock are in good condition, aside from minor scratches and dings, and fitted with a black hard plastic butt plate. On the butt plate is: Winchester Repeating Arms Co. There is a chunk of wood missing at the toe of the butt stock where the wood meets the butt plate. Color on receiver and barrel is worn and both have scattered pitting. Length of pull is 13-3/4". Factory wood to metal fit - by Winchester Repeating Arms Co. Condition: Good.
