Description:
This 16 gauge semi-automatic Model 11-48 shotgun has a tapered round 27-1/2" blued steel barrel with fiber optic sight. On the left side of the barrel is stamped 16 Ga for 2-3/4 or Shorter Shells Mod. Stamped on the right side of the barrel is Remington Arms Co Inc Ilion NY Made in USA Patent No 2278589 Others Pending. The bore is in very good conditon. The P grade Walnut checkered pistol grip butt stock and checkered forestock are in good condition and fitted with a brown rubber recoil pad. On the pad is: Pacific Sportsman North Bend Oregon Custom Made by Pachmayr Made in USA. The stock has been shortened and the recoil pad installed by a previous owner. Most color on the receiver and barrel is remaining. Stamped on the left side of the receiver is Remington Model 11-48. Length of pull is 12-3/4". Factory wood to metal fit - by Remington Arms Co.
