Description:
Serial #43999, .38 Special, 6 1/2” barrel with a very good bore that has areas of dark freckling within the grooves. This round-butt revolver has matching numbers on the frame, cylinder, barrel, extractor, and yoke with the metal retaining 98-99% of an overall reblued finish that has left the markings clear and the edges fairly sharp. The hammer has been polished along the sides and blued in the Colt manner, and the trigger too, has been blued. The checkered, diamond-center, hard rubber grips are numbered to the gun on the interior, and have minor handling marks and blemishes on either side, as well as some mild flattening of the points. This is a very nice .38 M&P that rates very good plus condition overall. FFL or C&R
