Description:
Here is a beautiful Krieghoff Model K-32 Crown Grade 12 GA Shotgun in a 2 Barrel Set. Both barrels are 2 3/4" chambers and 30” and fitted with ventilated ribs and stamped with the makers name, model, and steel type. One barrel has matching serial numbers to the gun and the other is not matched. The gun features a gold plated single selective trigger. This magnificent gun is engraved throughout with nice shaded scroll engravings and images of game birds and dogs in gold relief. The left side is engraved with a pointing setter with three grouse flushing from a small meadow and vegetation in the background. The right side is engraved with three pheasants flying and one running across. The bottom of the action has the gold inlaid crown over "Krieghoff" Model 32" in gold. The stock is a beautifully figured walnut pistol grip stock with a 14" LOP. A silver and gold plated grip cap with scroll relief engravings stating a shooting club’s name from Texas is present. The checkering on the side panels and grip are skip line. The matching barrel set is choked Full/ Mod. The matching barrel set’s Drop At Heel is 2 ¼”, it’s Drop At Comb is 1 ½”. The non-matching barrel set is choked Mod/ IC. The non-matching barrel set’s Drop At Heel is 2 ¼”, it’s Drop At Comb is 1 ½”. The gun has a neutral cast with either barrel and the barreled weight with either barrel is 8 Pounds 15 Ounces. The gun includes a brown leather case with a green felt interior, and two keys. The overall condition of this set is excellent with some minor handling marks throughout the wooden components. There is minor thinning of varnish present on the left side of the stock grip on the upper part. The checkering is excellent. The stock is in 98%+ condition. The metal components are in 99%+ condition with nice blueing remaining on all exposed areas.
