Priced to move immediately is this Steyr Mannlicher Schonauer M72 .308 Winchester Caliber Bolt Action Rifle. Made In Austria. This rifle has a nice pistolgrip walnut stock. The rifle features a rear bolt safety, single adjustable trigger, right handed cheek-piece, quick detachable stock sling swivels, “Steyr” rubber butt-pad, and a threaded barrel. The rear sight has been removed, but the mount is still intact. The front sight has been removed as well. There are two dovetail mounts professionally mounted on the action. The LOP is 13 ½”. The Barrel Length is 21 ½”. The overall length is 41 ¼”. The gun is mechanically excellent and functions very smoothly. The bore contains excellent rifling throughout with sharp grooves and lands. The stock has various handling marks throughout with a few shallow dents, but is great overall. There is a small scuff behind the grip cap on the underside of the butt. The majority of the checkering is very sharp and excellent. Contains Austrian proof markings on barrel and action. The metal components have areas of faded bluing throughout with 85%+ coverage overall. There are signs of touch up blueing on the barrel. The stock is in 90%+ condition overall. The rifle is in 90%+ condition overall. Do not miss out on this opportunity!
