Well done period conversion to .38 CF. Metal is patina with some scattered pitting. Markings are good. Good wood grips. Action and bore are good.The loading lever is brass and exactly like the original. It appears period made and someone who had excelent artistic abilities spent a lot of time making it.Early cone type front sight I would not be afraid to shoot this gun.
