Description:
Nice old Winchester Model 97 made in 1934. It has a 28 in barrel with Modified choke. It is in VG original condition except the buttstock was shortened a little before I got it. I added a black spacer and Limbsaver recoil pad to get it to a 14 in LOP.The blue is in very good condition with some thin spots but looks really good for an 82 yr old gun. I have hunted Pheasant with the gun and shot in Cowboy Action events. Operates great and the modified choke patterns good. Just a good old take-down Winchester shotgun.
