Scarce C. R. Alsop .31 Caliber Revolver. Soft patina with a smooth finish. The action works very nicely. Only about 300 of these were ever produced. The grips are cracked but are the original ones to this pistol.The grips are still solid and not coming apart. The 4" barrel has strong markings, but is a bit dirty in the bore. The marking on the cylinder are fainting a bit but are readable. The overall design on these are very unique from most aspects, especially the beautiful flowing design of the hammer. I have kept it in my personal collection for quite awhile now as these don't come up very often.
