Description:
6" Navy barrel and receiver 80% original blue, with DWM monogram on front toggle. Serial #5301 w/ matching numbered parts. 1917 on chamber and left side of barrel below the front sight. Standard adjustable rear sight (100-200 meters). Bore shiny and strong rifling, no pitting. Crown "M" (Navy proof) and other appropriate and correct markings are sharp and clear. The barrel/reciever unit has been Arsenal assembled with period frame #7056g, matching numbers on parts. 70% blue with thinning in grip area; handling and edge wear. Trace of straw color on small parts. Mechanically excellent; feeds and ejects dummy 9mm ammo. Included is a rare black leather Navy holster. Marked with Crown"M" (Navy acceptance) and "Dusseldorf 1917". Excellent condition w/ tight stitching. Un-numbered cleaning rod included. The very good, of the period, tin plated mag with wooden base is un-numbered. Proper good checkered walnut grips are un-numbered.This DWM Navy is in excelent collector/invester grade condition.
