Remington # 1 Rolling Block Rifle, sn 5301, 38 rimfire. Cheyenne Indian decorated with metal inlays and brass tacks. The tacks are period correct, being solid brass with square shanks. Heavy octagon barrel, 28", 1" acoss flats, good bore. An interesting piece of western history, purchased at RIA. Original buttstock and forearm.
