Quality Consignments Wanted! This Shotgun was produced in 1928. The serial number is 545633. It is a full choked 28 inch barrel solid rib shotgun. This shogun is in all original condition. There is no alterations or add ons done to this gun. The take down feature is tight and locks up solid. The bore is bright with no pitting. This shotgun will chamber the 2 and 3/4 inch shell. The stock and forend is very vivid colored with much figuring of the wood. The pistol grip has the original hard rubber pistol grip cap. The butt plate is also original to this gun. The checkering is sharp with good diamond points. The original bluing would rate a 95% with most of the loss on the magazine tube. The stock and forend would rate a 95% overall condition. This is a very hard to find grade in the Model 12. The wood on the stock and forend is really stunning! The polish work on the barrel and reeiver is of very high quality. This is a very early Deluxe Field Grade shotgun that serious collectors dream of finding for their collections! This shotgun is very highly collectable as well as being fun to shoot and enjoy.
