WINCHESTER MODEL 1885 DELUXE HIGH WALL .30-40 KRAG (.30 U.S.) RIFLE CIRCA 1895. 30” No. 3 round barrel with “WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS COMPANY, NEW HAVEN, CONN.” barrel address. And stamped at the top of the breech “30 U.S.”. Lyman scope blocks, tang sight and globe insert front sight. Winchester factory double set triggers. Original factory deluxe walnut checkered pistol grip stock and schnoebel forend. Winchester trademark hard rubber butt plate and pistol grip cap. Masterfully refinished overall with 100% of the finish remaining. Beautifully polished and blued (Winchester style) barrel, frame and screws. Correctly done case colors on the breech block, hammer and lever. Stock checkering and finish are superb as well. Very near mint overall and in perfect working order. Mint bore.
