Offered is a Chinese manufactured SKS Type 56 military issue made in the 1970`s,and imported by Norinco.This is NOT the lower quality commercial rifles manufactured for export that Norinco imported in the 1990`s....
SKS Type 56 in 7.62x39......Made around 1976.Matching numbers except for stock.Magazine is arsenal replaced.
Made at Arsenal 636.Shows wear consistent with a military rifle.Maybe a little less than normal wear.Stock fit is a tiny bit loose but can be adjusted easily.Action is smooth,and seems to cycle correctly.
Stored a long time.Has been partially cleaned but will need a final cleaning before firing.Barrel looks good.
