Description:
A wonderful old Savage Model 99 one of the last of the rotary magazines with the cartridge counter window on the left side of the frame. Rifle is overall excellent condition with 95% original blue, 90% original case color, and wood which is original and excellent with original finish. Wood is checkered fore and aft with no issues. Both the chamber and bore are excellent. Sights are original to the rifle and the rear sight is a factory folding semi-buckhorn sight. Rifle has Weaver bases (not shown) and is all set up for a scope if desired. A wonderful old Savage priced fairly.
