Description:
Serial #E5350, 7.35mm Carcano, 22" barrel with a fine, bright bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves. This is a 1939 dated rifle that retains 92-95% of the original blue finishe with silvering and fading along the high edges, projections, and at the muzzle. The Italian Terni, and later added Finnish Army “SA" stamp, are both crisp and clear at the receiver, and the bolt has an overall pewter gray patina. The matching numbered stock and handguard have scattered minor handling marks and blemishes in the original oil finish, and an olive green canvas sling is fitted. Additionally, the rifle comes with a correct, folding bayonet that has an excellent, re-blued blade which has turned a pale purple-brown patina over time. This is a fine-excellent WW2 Italian rifle that was used by the Finns in their war against the Soviets. FFL or C&R
