Colt Thunderer .41 caliber was Colt's first double action and the preferred choice of Billy the Kid. This pistol has a 4.5" barrel with ejector rod and matching serial numbers. The serial number indicates it was manufactured in 1893. The action is tight and all markings are clearly legible.
