This fully custom built gun was done by Bill Dowtin, Mark Penrod, Eric Gold, Pete Mazur and Lenard Brownell in 1989. The Ruger #1 action along with some of the other parts were engraved by Eric Gold. Mark Penrod did all the metal work. All of the actions internal parts are polished and hand fitted. Several of the parts had to be hand made. Pete Mazur Color case hardened the action. A 22 inch Krieger Match Barrel was added. Bill Dowtin did the custom stock work using a piece of Exhibition Grade True French Walnut. Rounding out this fine rifle is a Swarovski 6x36 Habicht Scope with a set of Kimber Rings that Mark Pendrod modified to a 1/2in dovetail and Penrod manufactured levers.
