Obsolete Calibre .44 Russian /.44 Remington. 1875 Remington Revolver six shot single action. Marked on the top of the barrel "E REMINGTON & SONS ILION NY USA". Markings are faint but readable. The bore shows good rifling for its age. Well worn walnut grips with no cracks or chips. This Remington 1875 revolver, was originally nickel finished which is now mostly worn off. Serial #304. These were made 1875 thru 1889. definitely an antique. The gun is in overall good condition showing even wear and scattered spots of pitting with a grey patina, Surprisingly positive good action, fair bore. A really interesting Remington. This is an ANTIQUE and can be shipped directly to you. Sold as an Antique ~ no guarantees, warranties, or liabilities for any actual usage. If any firearms are to be used for shooting purposes, a qualified gunsmith should inspect them first. Adult signature required.
